How Long Do I Have To Take The Class
Our class does not have a time limit.
Receiving a Refund
You can send us an email to request a refund. We will not provide a refund for failure to complete the course in a timely manner. If you are taking the class due to a traffic violation, and you do not complete the course in the time provided by the court, you will not get a refund for the class.
How Do I Know If This Course Will Qualify for Having A Traffic Citation Removed From My Record
If the court system sent you to this site, then you can have your citation removed from your record as long as you follow all instructions provided by the court. If you are not sure then it is your responsibility to find out from the court.
How Do I Have Proof Of Completion Of The Course
You will receive an e-certificate after completion of the course. You will need to print the certificate and bring it to the court as proof of completion of the course.
What Form Of Payment Do You Take
We take most major credit cards as payment.
What If I Do Not Complete The Course By The Courts Due Date
It is your responsibility to print off your certificate and deliver the certificate to the court. Failure to complete the course BEFORE THE COURT APPOINTED DATE will result in paying all fines, fees and court costs for your traffic violation.
Is the Site And Credit Card Safe
Feel comfortable knowing that the website, training, and credit card transaction are all performed via a secure transaction. We do not process your credit card, we have a third-party vendor (Stripe) who handles this transaction for our site. Stripe has millions of companies of all sizes who use their service.
Do You Store My Personal Information
We only store the information you provide in your user account. We do not store your credit card information.
Will This Course Dismiss Multiple Offenses
No. This course is only valid for the specific traffic violation for which the court is holding you responsible. If you have other traffic violations you will need to work with the court for its specific dismissal.
